Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C5 is the first XIAO module with 5GHz Wi-Fi support, built on RISC-V architecture and combining 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5 (LE), and IEEE 802.15.4 (Zigbee, Thread) connectivity in the classic 21 x 17.8mm XIAO footprint. It offers full support for IoT application protocols including Matter, HomeKit, and MQTT, giving projects smoother and more reliable wireless performance than 2.4GHz-only boards.
Solder-Free for Instant Creation
This version comes with headers already soldered on, so there's no soldering iron required. Just unbox it and plug straight into a breadboard, ideal for rapid prototyping and getting a dual-band Wi-Fi project running quickly.

Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 gives you access to cleaner spectrum and higher throughput on 5GHz, while maintaining full 2.4GHz compatibility for existing networks and devices.

A 32-bit RISC-V single-core processor runs at up to 240 MHz, paired with 384KB of on-chip SRAM, 8MB flash, and 8MB PSRAM. This gives the board enough headroom for smooth protocol handling, multitasking, and more demanding applications.
Enhanced Security
Secure boot, flash encryption, and hardware cryptographic accelerators are built in to protect firmware and data integrity.
Built-In Battery Interface for Low-Power Designs
Integrated battery management supports ultra-low-power operation, with deep sleep current as low as 15 μA on battery power, making it a solid option for portable and battery-powered IoT devices.
