Delivery Options

We offer various delivery options to suit your needs. Please review the available choices below:

AusPost Untracked Letter:

• Cost: $3
• Description: Untracked delivery.
• Delivery Time: 3-8 business days (Depending on distance from Melbourne)
• Insurance: No replacements or refunds without proof of receiving the order.

AusPost Parcel Standard:

• Cost: $9
• Description: Tracked delivery for standard parcels.
• Delivery Time: 2-6 business days (Depending on distance from Melbourne)

AusPost Parcel Express:

• Cost: $13
• Description: Express delivery with tracking.
• Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (Depending on distance from Melbourne)

Additional Information

Non-Metro Addresses:

• Addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS may require additional delivery time.

Orders Containing Backordered Items:

• Orders containing items that are on backorder will be delayed until all items are available. Please email us at support@zaitronics.com.au if you'd like to arrange two deliveries (additional charges may apply).

Combining Orders:

Wherever possible, we will combine orders to save on shipping costs and reduce packaging waste.

Battery Restrictions:

• Some batteries (such as LiPo) cannot be shipped by air. Express Post will not be available if such batteries are in your shopping cart.

Untracked Deliveries:

• To remove buyer scams, we will not send refunds or replacements for orders using the AusPost Untracked Letter shipping method without proof of delivery. All Untracked Letter purchases will still be covered under warranty with proof of receiving the order.
• We highly recommend selecting the AusPost Parcel Standard option for purchases, especially for valuable items.

Shipping Method:

• All orders are currently being dispatched using Australia Post.
• If your shipping method is labeled as a parcel, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.
• AusPost Untracked Letters will NOT receive tracking numbers.

• We ship nationwide, covering all metropolitan and regional areas across Australia.
