 Exceptions to the Standard Warranty

Low-Cost Hobby-Grade Parts:

• Some low-cost hobby-grade parts are subject to casual mishandling for convenience. These items typically have a 90-day warranty unless there is reasonable evidence of safe handling practices (e.g., static safety precautions).

Constructed Kits and Interfaceable Electronics:

• Kits and interfaceable electronics (such as general-purpose inputs and outputs on development boards) can be damaged due to misuse or mistakes. In such cases, the issue may not be a manufacturer fault or defect.

 

How to Return A Faulty Product

Contact Support:

• Reply to your order confirmation email with a description of the fault or defect.
• Our support team will be in touch within 3 business days to assist you.

Safe Packaging:

• Ensure that the return is well packaged and safe for transit.
• Use services that offer tracking and proof of delivery.

Confirmation and Resolution:

• Once we receive the product, we will confirm the defect or fault.
• We will then process either a refund or replacement as needed.

 

General Return Conditions

• All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in a resellable condition.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will:

• Offer a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs
