Standard Warranty

All our products include a 12-month warranty covering defects and faults that occur during normal use, subject to certain exceptions. You can trust that your purchase is protected during this period.

Exceptions to the Standard Warranty

Low-Cost Hobby-Grade Parts

Low-cost hobby-grade parts may be subject to a 90-day warranty due to potential casual mishandling. A full 12-month warranty may apply if evidence of safe handling practices (e.g., static safety precautions) is provided.

Constructed Kits and Interfaceable Electronics

Kits and interfaceable electronics, such as general-purpose inputs and outputs on development boards, may be damaged due to misuse or user error. Such cases may not qualify as manufacturer faults or defects and are not covered under the warranty.

How to Return a Faulty Product

Contact Support:

  • Reply to your order confirmation email with a detailed description of the fault or defect.
  • Our support team will respond within 3 business days to guide you through the return process.

Safe Packaging:

  • Package the return securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Use a shipping service that provides tracking and proof of delivery.

Confirmation and Resolution:

  • Upon receiving the product, we will verify the defect or fault.
  • We will process a refund or replacement based on your preference and our assessment.

General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resellable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives defective or damaged, we will:

  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost.

Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to qualify for this provision.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Non-Refundable: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For eligible refunds, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Exceptions: If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
