Seeed Studio Expansion Board Base for XIAO with OLED Display
Seeed Studio Expansion Board Base for XIAO turns any XIAO development board into a compact, feature-rich prototyping platform, adding a 0.96" OLED display, real-time clock, buzzer, buttons, and expandable storage in a board only about half the size of a Raspberry Pi 4. It's a solid base for wearable projects, sensor hubs, and anything that needs onboard debugging without tying up a PC.
Onboard OLED for Visual Debugging
The built-in 0.96" OLED display lets you view sensor readings, status data, or debug output directly on the board, without needing a serial monitor connected to a PC. That makes it well suited to standalone builds like data monitors or sensor hubs where a screen is genuinely useful.
Rich Onboard Peripherals
Alongside the display, the board includes a high-precision RTC with battery backup for accurate timekeeping when main power is off, a passive buzzer for simple audio feedback, a dedicated user button in addition to the reset button, and a MicroSD card slot for expanding memory when working with larger CircuitPython libraries.
Quick Prototyping and Easy Debugging
A RESET button and an SWD pin broken out to a male header make debugging and firmware flashing straightforward without extra jumper wires. All pins are led out to standard connectors, so wiring sensors or peripherals is plug-and-play rather than requiring any soldering.
Battery Power and Charging
A JST 2.0mm LiPo battery connector and onboard battery management system support both USB and battery power, along with onboard recharging. A 5V output is also broken out to a male header for powering servos or 5V sensors directly.
Compact Size
At roughly half the footprint of a Raspberry Pi 4, the board stays compact enough for tiny and wearable projects while still fitting in the full set of onboard peripherals.
Note this board isn't compatible with the XIAO nRF54 or MG24 series.
