Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 Sense - Soldered
Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-S3 Sense combines the dual-core ESP32-S3 chip with an onboard camera and digital microphone, built for embedded machine learning applications like voice recognition and vision AI. It supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy, and pairs 8MB PSRAM and 8MB flash with an external SD card slot for storing captured data.
Solder-Free for Instant Creation
This version comes with headers already soldered on, so there's no soldering iron required. Just unbox it and plug straight into a breadboard, ideal for rapid prototyping and getting your vision or audio ML project running quickly.
Onboard Camera and Microphone for Embedded ML
A detachable camera sensor captures up to 2048x1536 resolution and is compatible with both the OV3660 and OV5640 sensors, alongside an integrated digital microphone. Combined with pre-trained AI models from SenseCraft AI for no-code deployment, it's well suited to vision and audio-based ML projects without needing to train a model from scratch. Note that current stock may ship with either an OV2640 or OV3660 camera sensor as Seeed transitions to the newer, lower-power OV3660.
Storage and Connectivity
Onboard 8MB PSRAM and 8MB flash are paired with a microSD card slot supporting up to 32GB FAT storage, giving you room to log images, audio, or sensor data locally. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 are both built in, with communication over 100m or more possible when paired with a U.FL antenna.
