The Arduino Pro Mini 5V Development Board is a compact microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P, designed for embedded projects where space is at a premium. Running at 5V and 16MHz, it delivers the same processing power as the Arduino Uno in a much smaller form factor. Without an onboard USB interface, the Pro Mini is ideal for permanent installations, battery-powered projects, robotics, IoT devices, sensor networks, and custom electronics where size and power efficiency are important.

Programming Notes
- The Pro Mini does not include onboard USB and requires an external USB-to-Serial programmer for uploading sketches.
- We recommend pairing it with our FTDI FT232RL USB to TTL Serial Adapter, which supports automatic reset for convenient programming.
- When using an unregulated power source such as a 9V battery, connect power to the RAW pin. For a regulated 5V supply, connect directly to VCC.
