This 400W DC to DC step up power supply module is a high performance boost converter designed for electric equipment digital products laptops and other power demanding applications. It efficiently increases a lower DC input voltage to a higher adjustable output voltage while maintaining stable regulation.
Both the input and output use screw terminal connections which allow secure wiring and easy connection or disconnection during installation testing or maintenance. The module includes two large heat sinks that significantly improve thermal performance and help maintain reliability during high power operation.
With a maximum conversion efficiency of up to 96 percent this boost converter minimizes energy loss and heat generation. Actual efficiency depends on the input voltage output voltage load current and the voltage difference between input and output.
This module can also be used as a constant current driver for high power LED lighting systems or as a voltage regulator in solar panel and battery based power systems making it a versatile solution for many DIY and industrial projects.

Output Voltage and Current Adjustment
The module features separate potentiometers for constant voltage and constant current adjustment allowing precise control of output behavior.
- Rotate the CV ADJ potentiometer clockwise to reduce output voltage and counterclockwise to increase voltage
- Before connecting a load rotate the CC ADJ potentiometer counterclockwise approximately 30 turns to minimize output current
- After connecting the load slowly rotate CC ADJ clockwise to set the required current limit
- For battery charging applications connect the battery only after setting the current limit and ensure the battery is discharged for accurate current regulation
