Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3 - Soldered
Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3 - Soldered has a 5-10 day lead time before dispatch. Order will only be sent once all items are available for delivery.
Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C3 is a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth development board built around the ESP32-C3 RISC-V chip, packed into the classic 21 x 17.8mm XIAO form factor. It runs a 32-bit RISC-V core at up to 160 MHz and is supported by Arduino and CircuitPython, making it a compact option for wireless IoT projects.
Solder-Free for Instant Creation
This version comes with headers already soldered on, so there's no soldering iron required. Just unbox it and plug straight into a breadboard, ideal for rapid prototyping, workshops, and beginner-friendly builds.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in a Thumb-Sized Board
The board provides a complete 2.4GHz Wi-Fi subsystem alongside Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0, and supports communication over 100m when paired with a U.FL antenna. Power design includes four working modes, with deep sleep consumption as low as 44 μA, plus built-in lithium battery charge management, making it well suited to battery-powered and wearable projects.
Thumb-Sized and Production-Ready
At 21 x 17.8mm, it keeps the classic XIAO footprint with single-sided component mounting, and its breadboard-friendly SMD design with no components on the back makes it easy to work with on the bench or integrate into a finished product.
Project Idea: Wearable GPS Tracker
The compact size of the XIAO ESP32-C3 makes it a good fit for small wearable devices, such as a pet tracker that locks its current location and publishes data over LoRa. You could extend a build like this with a compass module for direction and distance, or a barometric or accelerometer sensor for altitude and speed. Since the ESP32-C3 supports both Wi-Fi and BLE, tracker data can also be uploaded directly or bridged to MQTT over LoRa.
If range is a concern for a project like this, our 2.4GHz Wi-Fi Antenna is compatible with the XIAO ESP32-C3 and improves wireless range over the onboard antenna alone.
