- Returns: Contact support via your order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Notify us within 14 days for a free refund or replacement.
- Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Usage Guidelines:
- Correct Polarity: Ensure that the positive and negative poles of the OUT terminal are correctly connected to your load. Incorrect polarity can lead to damage.
- Initial Battery Connection: When connecting the battery for the first time, there should be no voltage between OUT+ and OUT-. Follow these steps:
- Apply a 5V voltage to charge the battery and activate the protection circuit.
- Connect the battery from B+ to B-.
- Briefly short-circuit and open the circuit to complete the activation process.
- Note: Use a charger capable of outputting more than 1A (such as a mobile phone charger) for initial charging.
- USB-C Input: The board features a USB-C female connector that can directly accept a lithium battery input using a mobile phone charger.
- Wiring Convenience: The board provides additional wiring pads for input voltage, making it convenient for DIY projects.
