Round Display for Seeed Studio XIAO is a capacitive touch screen expansion board with a 1.28" circular display, offering 240x240 resolution and 65K colors in a watch-sized 39mm design suited to wearable and space-limited projects. It's built for a wide range of uses, from displaying sensor data to building interactive interfaces, and integrates directly with any XIAO board.
1.28" Round Touch Display
The onboard capacitive touch screen is a 1.28" round TFT LCD using the GC9A01 driver chip over SPI, offering a 240x240 resolution with 65K colors and a 100Hz sample rate, giving clear, colourful output in a compact circular form factor well suited to watch faces and other round-display projects.
Rich Onboard Peripherals
Alongside the display, the board includes a real-time clock with its own battery holder for accurate timekeeping, a battery charge chip for powering the board from a lithium battery, and a TF card slot for expanding memory up to 32GB FAT.
Watch-Sized and Plug-and-Play
At just 39mm across, the board is small enough for wearable and space-constrained builds. All pins are led out, so no soldering is required to get it running with your XIAO board.
High Compatibility
The board is designed to work with the full XIAO series. Note that it isn't directly compatible with the XIAO nRF54L15 series, since Arduino isn't currently supported on that board. The hardware interface itself is fully compatible, so developers can manually adapt the software if needed, and official software support from Seeed Studio is in development.
