Build an intuitive wireless controller using the QD027 Micro:bit Handle Kit. Designed for hands on STEM learning, this kit transforms a BBC micro:bit into a comfortable, game style controller for robotics and interactive projects.
The handle features a built in joystick and four tactile buttons, giving precise control for robot driving and custom inputs. A built in vibration motor provides haptic feedback, helping users understand responses and system states through physical interaction rather than just visuals.
Ergonomics are a key focus, with a thicker grip and curved edges that make the controller comfortable to hold during extended use in classrooms, workshops, or at home. The controller supports the micro:bit platform and is compatible with micro:bit V2.0, using wireless communication for untethered control.
Programming is done using MakeCode, making the kit ideal for beginners and students learning block based coding. A structured 8 lesson learning pathway guides users through programming fundamentals, wireless control concepts, and practical robot driving exercises.
The QD027 Micro:bit Handle Kit is well suited for STEM education, robotics clubs, and entry level coding projects, bridging the gap between software logic and real world control.
Micro:bit board not included.
